Enstrom Customer Support Continues to Improve
Orlando FL, March 1, 2007 – The Enstrom Helicopter Corporation has placed all Service Bulletins and Service Information Letters on the Customer Support page of the company web site, WWW.enstromhelicopter.com, in an ongoing effort to enhance the level of customer support.
Since 2003 manual updates for all helicopter models have been provided to owners at no charge for the life of the aircraft. In the future Enstrom expects to be able to place manual revisions on an FTP site for free downloading of technical manuals and revisions.
“Enstrom has made great progress in improving customer support”, says Bayard duPont, Director of Product Support, “our dealers and service centers are telling us that our factory support is now second to none in the industry.”
Presently 90% of all normal parts and 95% of all AOG parts are shipped the same day as ordered from the Enstrom manufacturing facility in Menominee Michigan.
Founded in 1959, Enstrom Helicopter Corporation manufactures a complete line of helicopters including the three-place piston powered F28F and 280FX, and the turbine powered 480B. The 480B is available as a three-place advanced trainer of as a three- to five-place VIP aircraft.
